The QBSA wishes to inform all members of the 2025 Annual General Meeting

Venue: Sports House, Castlemaine Street, Milton
The following Board Member positions require filling in line with the constitution:
President: Vacant (1 year)
Secretary (2 years)
4 x General Board members (1 year)
If you are interested in filling one of these positions, please complete the attached nomination form and submit it to the QBSA Secretary no later than the 6th March 2025.
Please Note in accordance with the constitution nominations will not be called from the floor if a
nomination has been received in writing for the position prior to the AGM.
Another function also required to be completed is the calling for nominations and appointment of the following roles.

Blue Card Organiser (Currently Des Turner)
State Director of Coaching
Marketing Officer
Grant Writer
Women’s Coordinator
Disabilities Coordinator
Junior Coordinator
Registrar
Judiciary Tribunal (3 Positions – Currently Des Turner & Steve Springer. 1 spot is available due to the passing of Paul Talbot)
