All Main Event rounds up to and including the semi-finals – best of 3 frames. The Final is to be best of 5 frames.
Winners prizemoney is approximately $1250, Runner up $700. All other prizemoney levels are dependent upon the number of entries received and may be reduced if entries are less than 54.
Consolation event. Open to any player who loses their first match – free entry. Matches will generally commence within 2 hours of losing your Main Event first match.
Preliminary games in the Consolation event are one frame only. The Final will be best of three frames. If behind on schedule, then only 6 reds will be used per frame and handicaps halved (Consolation Plate only)
Losers are to referee the next match except the Final . A charge of $10 applies if the loser fails to referee as required under this rule.
